Find Your Voice of Power
90 minute Interactives | 1:1 coaching

This joyful interactive allows people to find and use their authentic voices powerfully, confidently and effectively, even when under pressure.

In this exploration of the development of charisma and empowerment through the voice, you’ll uncover your most engaging, charismatic, inspiring presence. New found vocal freedom helps individuals and teams represent themselves with a positive spirit of freedom and creativity.

Sally Wilson grew up on a farm in rural Victoria and has spent the past twenty years performing in opera theatres and concert houses in the US, UK, Europe, Asia and Australia. She’s worked with companies such as Wigmore Hall (London), The Washington Opera (Washington DC), Ravinia Festival (Chicago), Berliner Konzerthaus (Berlin) and the Philharmonie (Cracow).

…one glance at her dark colouring and chiselled profile, not to mention the impact of her bold, attacking style convinced me soon enough that any quality director in search of a Carmen need look little further… She has many tales to tell, and many moods, from flamboyant to intimate, to transmit… Along with this measured drama went a voice which responded to the heartbeat of the music rather than to niceties of period of style. The fall-out from Sally Wilson’s powerful operatic presence is that she makes what she sings her own… There are careful alterations of colour, applied as if by instinct, and supple freedoms within a given intonation, as if hitting the right note was child’s play. Sally Wilson? Frankly, quite a find.

Sally’s vocal training and performance experience have equipped her to offer practical tools to help people find their most effective voice. Developing vocal freedom helps people represent themselves – and their organisations – at their best. Sally’s results-oriented training allows people to find and use their authentic voices powerfully, confidently and effectively, even when under pressure.

I think people approach our interactives thinking these are soft skills, I don’t have the time! I’ve got this project, that project in the office but I’ve got to do it because the organisation says I do. And they come into the session and surprise surprise; this is actually fun! Secondly; Oh this is bringing a benefit that I never expected. And thirdly; this is a benefit that is going to be ongoing and I can keep applying this in my workplace and outside of the workplace as well.

Sally is known for her vocal strength and quality, as well as dramatic intensity and powers of communication on stage. She has performed to intimate audiences (of royalty, for example), as well as to audiences of thousands, has recorded for radio internationally, and can be heard on several commercially available CD’s.

Outside performing and delivering REDgum interactives, Sally instructs Vocal Performance at Monash University and privately. She bodysurfs every morning.
