invoicing & payment
Payment of 30% is usually required at the time of booking. The balance is invoiced at the completion of a program. Payment is due within 13 days of delivery of a program, or as stated on the invoice, whichever is sooner.
postponement or cancellation fee
Where a postponement or cancellation is received within 20 working days of the start date of the program REDgum Communications reserves the right to charge 50% of the course fee. For cancellations and postponements within 24 hours of the start date of the program, 100% of the program fee will be charged.
REDgum communications right to cancel or postpone
REDgum Communications reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program. All care will be taken to give suitable notice when cancelling or rescheduling a program, however, REDgum Communications shall not, in any way be held responsible for any costs which the client may incur.
confidentiality
Both you and REDgum Communications shall take reasonable steps to ensure that all information coming to your/our knowledge which relates to your business and the services of REDgum Communications will remain confidential. Confidential information shall include but not be limited to the REDgum Communications copyright material and other intellectual property and the substance of any reports, tests, recommendations or advice REDgum Communications shall provide to you in connection with the services we provide.
intellectual property
All existing REDgum Communications intellectual property rights (including copyright, tools, designs and methodologies) subsisting in materials and information provided by REDgum Communications to you, vest exclusively and remain vested exclusively in REDgum Communications. REDgum Communications grants you a licence to use REDgum Communications intellectual property solely in relation to the activities and purposes of the program you are registered in.
